These terms cover this website and taking part in ALL IS WELL Social events. By using the site or joining an event, you agree to them.

1. About this website

This website introduces the club and lets you send feedback. It does not take bookings or payments and does not create a membership.

2. Events

The organiser shares each event’s time, place, cost and any requirements when the event is announced. Please check these details before you come. Events may change or be cancelled, for example because of the weather or the venue. If that happens, we will tell you as early as we can.

3. Fees and cancellations

If an event has a cost, it will be stated in advance, along with what it covers and any refund arrangements. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer law.

4. Taking part safely

Sports and outdoor activities carry risks such as slips, falls, physical strain and changing weather. Choose activities that suit your health and fitness, bring suitable kit, follow the host’s instructions and stop if you feel unwell or unsafe. You take part at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Conduct

Our community guidelines apply at every event. Hosts may ask someone to stop taking part or to leave if their behaviour puts other people’s safety or wellbeing at risk.

6. Belongings and photos

Look after your own belongings. Ask before photographing others or posting their images. Tell the host if you would rather not appear in club photos.

7. Feedback

You can send feedback without giving contact details, so we cannot reply to it. For urgent matters, speak to the host. The feedback form is not an emergency service.

8. Liability

We provide this website as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
