Who we are
This website is run by ALL IS WELL Social. For any privacy question or request, send us a message on Instagram.
What information we handle
If you send feedback, we receive the topic, activity and message you provide. The form does not ask for your name or email, but please leave identifying details out if you want to stay anonymous. Formspree processes and emails the submission to the organiser.
Our website and form providers may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect their services.
We do not currently use website analytics.
How we use and share it
We use feedback to improve events and look into concerns. We do not sell information or use it for advertising. Cloudflare hosts and secures the website, and Formspree processes feedback. Analytics is currently off.
These providers may handle information outside Australia. Event sign-ups on Meetup and messages sent through Instagram are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We delete feedback within 12 months, or sooner once it has been dealt with. Providers manage technical logs under their own retention policies.

This website does not set cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern. send us a message on Instagram and we will review your request. Because feedback is anonymous, we may need details about when you sent it to find the submission.
